Following Statlander’s match, Ford helped Bayne, leading to Thunder Rosa intervening with a chair. The segment felt awkward, with Bayne and Ford showing little concern, and Rosa hesitating to use the chair.

Initially, online speculation suggested that Bayne and Ford acted on their own, but AEW clarified that the situation stemmed from a miscommunication about talent positioning. Fightful Select is reporting that AEW sources confirmed the issue was addressed internally, with no ongoing concerns among the performers.
