After just two episodes, the new series WWE LFG has reportedly already been renewed for a second season by A&E as part of their WWE Superstar Sunday block.
On Monday’s episode of WWE RAW, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez became the new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions by defeating Bianca Belair and Naomi. Pwinsider is reporting that this title change had been planned for some time, with WWE positioning Morgan and Rodriguez for a major push following Liv’s storyline with Rhea Ripley. Backstage reports indicate that WWE officials were pleased with the crowd’s response and the match’s execution. Morgan and Rodriguez are expected to receive a strong push heading into WrestleMania 41.
With Belair and Naomi no longer holding the titles, WWE will continue its storyline involving Jade Cargill, whose return to television is anticipated soon, potentially at Elimination Chamber in Toronto this weekend.
