We’ve reported previously on Lady Frost’s release from Impact Wrestling, and new details confirm what led to the split between the promotion and the former Hurricane Pro Wrestling women’s champion.

Our previous reports went over the core of the disagreement. Amid miscommunication and contract disputes, Impact wanted Lady Frost to put over Masha Slamovich before exiting the company.

Fightful now has confirmation on that report and heard from the same Impact sources who leaked the original story. The report goes on to state that communication between Frost and Impact broke down shortly after that.
