‘Timeless’ Toni Storm – ‘Mariah, You Sick B*tch. I Am Proud Of You’ + Kurt Angle Talks Daughter

“Timeless” Toni Storm was a recent guest on the “Up Close with Renee Paquette” podcast to discuss her upcoming title match against Mariah May at AEW Grand Slam: Australia. Storm admitted that May is the champion she always wanted to be.

Storm said, “Yes. I admit it, she’s the champion that I’ve always wanted to be but never could be, and that’s because she does not have a heart. My biggest downfall is that I have too much of a heart, Mariah, you sick b****. I am proud of you, but she will soon realize that that is just not good enough.”

During a recent interview with Iridian Fierro for WGN Radio, WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle commented on his daughter potentially pursuing a career in pro wrestling.

You can check out some highlights from the interview below:

On what he would think if his daughter ever wanted to get into wrestling: “I would have to think about it. I love my WWE career, don’t get me wrong, but it’s really it’s a lot of work, and if you’re going to have family, it’s probably not the best thing for you because you’re going to be on the road 300 days a year, you’re going to have to devote your life to your business, to the business.”

On how long you are on the rod: Not only that, but when you really think about it, you’re with your peers longer than you are with your family. Because if you’re if you’re going on the road 300 days a year, you’re only home for 64 days a year. So you’re with your peers more than you are your family, and they become your family.”

On being able to spend more time with his family now: “So it was kind of an odd situation for me, but when I started going part-time, I started spending more time with my family, and then eventually I retired, and now I spend all my time with them, and then I absolutely love it. I really wish I would have maybe exited wrestling a little bit quicker because some of my kids are in their 20s and late teens, and I didn’t really get to spend a lot of time with them.”
