WWE NXT is set to go against Ring of Honor Final Battle by putting on an event this December.
Sean Ross Sapp reports NXT talent have been told that December 10, will be the date of their next Premium Live Event, believed to be titled ‘NXT Deadline.’
WWE filed a trademark for NXT Deadline earlier this month.
While the two shows will air on the same day, it is believed that Final Battle will occur in the afternoon and NXT Deadline will be at night.
It was also reported that “the plan is to hold the event from the WWE Performance Center” and will be announced during tomorrow’s NXT Halloween Havoc event.
