Brandi Rhodes is seemingly hopeful of a return to WWE, but as an in-ring Superstar rather than as an announcer.

In February 2022, both Brandi and Cody Rhodes departed AEW, with the latter returning to WWE weeks later.

Rhodes worked for WWE as Eden Stiles, before her departure in 2016, days after her husband.

Fightful reports that while there is no word of a deal being reached, Rhodes has been participating in some matches at WWE’s Performance Center in Orlando.

At this time, Brandi remains a free agent and is not signed to any contract, as an on-screen performer or otherwise, with WWE.

Brandi is reportedly hopeful that she could integrate KultureCity, a non-profit that focuses on aiding people with sensory needs, with WWE, as she’s a board member of the former.

Following reports that Warner Bros. Discovery made an effort to retain Cody Rhodes prior to his AEW exit, WBD spoke to Brandi as recently as last month.

A source close to the situation states that Brandi and WBD maintain a cordial relationship, but that they aren’t typically in regular contact.
