Scott Steiner’s Son (Brock Rechsteiner) Suspended From The NFL

Brock Rechsteiner’s NFL suspension has now been officially confirmed.

The NFL announced on Thursday that New Orleans Saints wide receiver Brock Rechsteiner has been suspended for the first six games of the 2026 regular season. While he will miss the opening six games once the season begins, Rechsteiner is still eligible to take part in all preseason practices and games before the Saints trim their roster to 53 players.

NFL insider Adam Schefter shared the news on social media, writing,

“Saints WR Brock Rechsteiner has been suspended for the first six games of the 2026 season. He is eligible to participate in all preseason activities, including games; his suspension will take effect when rosters are reduced to 53 players.”

At this time, the NFL has not disclosed the reason for Rechsteiner’s suspension.

Rechsteiner, who signed with the Saints as an undrafted rookie earlier this year, comes from one of wrestling’s most recognizable families. He is the son of WWE Hall of Famer Scott Steiner and the cousin of current WWE Superstar Bron Breakker.
