Mercedes Moné Predicts Bayley’s Future After WWE In-Ring Career

Bayley has proven to be one of WWE’s most successful women in history, but what’s in store for the Role Model after her time in the ring?

Bayley joined WWE in 2013 and won her first championship, the NXT Women’s Championship, two years later from Mercedes Moné.

In the most recent edition of her Moné Mag newsletter, Mercedes spoke about her friend and what could be in store for her after wrestling. She said,

“The subject of Bayley coaching the WWE’s women’s roster one day came up in conversation recently. All I can say is that she’s been a natural leader for years, and that coaching is something she’s always talked about. I see her opening her own wrestling school someday, if not being an actual WWE executive when she hangs up her boots.

“Even now, Bayley’s the go-to person backstage, always ready to help and elevate the women around her. She’s unselfish and passionate, constantly working to push the women’s division forward as a whole – not just herself. That’s a true role model and real leadership. When you talk about the women’s movement in life, not just wrestling, Bayley epitomizes what it needs to be and should be.”

Bayley returned to WWE programming at the SmackDown before Bash In Berlin after taking a hiatus after SummerSlam 2024.

Moné recently retained the AEW TBS Championship against Hikaru Shida at AEW All Out 2024. She also holds the CMLL Women’s World Championship.
