As noted, Jeff Hardy has been charged with Driving While License Canceled/Suspended/Revoked, Violation of Restrictions Placed on Drivers License, and DUI Alcohol/Drugs Third Offense Within 10 Years.

AEW President Tony Khan stated shortly after the arrest that Hardy was in rehab and has been suspended indefinitely.

During a conversation with Wardlow on the Extreme Life of Matt Hardy podcast, Wardlow expressed his desire to team with The Hardy Boyz. Matt noted that fans are getting close to seeing the new Jeff Hardy. He said,

“[Teaming with Wardlow] sounds great. I’m pretty excited. We’re getting close to the point where we meet the new Jeff and we figure out his future and what he ends up doing,” said Matt. “I’m pretty excited because I feel like his mentality is like — he knows he has to make some changes and do what’s right. I feel like he’s at a point where he will this time around. I’m excited to have him back and I think this would be amazing. It’d be so much fun.”
