Pwinsider has shared the following legal updates on the lawsuits involving several wrestling personalities such as Jeff Hardy, Tammy “Sunny” Sytch, Brandon “G-Raver” Graver, and Rhaka Khan.

– Jeff Hardy’s pre-trial hearing is scheduled for February 23rd in Florida. Nothing official has been released from the court’s public records, however, there are indications that both parties might be working on a plea deal regarding Hardy’s DUI arrest.

– Tammy “Sunny” Sytch is scheduled for her pre-trial hearing on February 16th in Florida. At the request of Sytch’s legal team, the honorable court processed matters in advance of completed depositions from certain law enforcement personnel involved in the arrest. As of now, no further updates or additional activity in the civil litigation have been brought against Sytch and her fiancée by the plaintiff Whitney Hill, who has pressed a wrongful death lawsuit after her father, Julian Lasseter, passed away due to the vehicle collision with Sytch.

– Brandon “G-Raver” Graver was released on January 9th via an unsecured bond of $75,000. Graver’s hearing is scheduled for February 2nd where it will be determined whether his case will be joined with the other individual who was in his vehicle for a single trial. Court records from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania state that the following civil and criminal charges have been levied against Graver:

– Manufacture, Delivery or Possession with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, which is a felony in Pennsylvania.
– Violation of Hazard Regulation.
– Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
– Intentional Possession of a Controlled Substance by Person Not Registered.
– Possession of Marijuana – Small Personal Use.
– Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance.
– Failure to Keep Right.
– Failure to use Safety Belt – Driver and Front Seat Occupant.
– Careless Driving.

– There have been no updates or changes in Trenesha Biggers’ (Rhaka Khan) criminal case in Texas or the civil action filed by Biggers in New York against the State of Texas and other parties. The State of Texas lawsuit has seen no movement since October 2022. Biggers has not fulfilled the costs required for the legal proceeding, instead requesting the court move forward without it. An active warrant for Biggers’ arrest has been declared in Texas following her absence from her criminal trial centered around meddling with child custody and “aggravated kidnapping facilitate.” Biggers’ New York civil suit was filed from an address within the same state, so it’s likely that she is no longer residing in Texas.
