Golden Globe winner Paul Walter Hauser was a guest on Monday night’s episode of The Late Late Show with James Corden, where the Black Bird star discussed how his recent appearance on AEW Rampage came to fruition.
Hauser took part in an angle on the January 13th edition of the show (taped January 11) from the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California, that saw the actor get attacked by Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett. Hauser said,
“I’m buddies with this guy Tony Khan, who owns the company. I told him ‘Can I come? You guys are in LA. I’ll bring my Golden Globe. Maybe you guys can use it as a weapon.’ I didn’t know that he was going to bring me into the ring, do this whole bit, and this guy Jeff Jarrett, who is clearly on his final chapter of wrestling, would decide to strike me with a guitar over the head.”
