WWE has officially declared itself “wrestling.”
For those unaware, there is a trend on Twitter these days where companies have been describing their brand in one word. The official WWE Twitter account took to Twitter today and simply posted,
“wrestling”
That surprised many as the company has always described itself as “sports entertainment” under the Vince McMahon-era.

The WWE Public Relations Twitter account recently posted a new BBC interview with Drew McIntyre to promote Sunday’s Clash at the Castle pay-per-view event. You can check that out below:
