Fightful Select reported today that an AEW source told them that a notable AEW talent under contract reported to All Elite Wrestling management about how WWE had reached out to them about coming to the company.
The talent told management that they were happy in the company and didn’t want to leave but felt they should know about being contacted.
It was a member of WWE’s talent relations department that contacted the wrestler. A source indicated the wrestler refereed the call to their representation instead of speaking directly.
