A former WWE star recently made her debut for Ring of Honor, and her appearance has already sparked some interesting speculation.
Lady Leigh, who previously competed in WWE under the name Jin Tala, stepped into the ROH ring this week. The wrestler was signed by WWE in 2024 and remained with the company through 2025, making appearances across WWE programming, including WWE LFG, EVOLVE, and NXT live events.
During her time with WWE, Jin Tala shared the ring with several notable opponents, including Leila Diggs, Callie Bright, Tyra May Steele, Kali Armstrong, and others.
Now performing as Lady Leigh, she made her ROH debut against former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Cassie Lee. Leigh put together an impressive showing against the more experienced Lee, but ultimately came up short in the contest.
The appearance is particularly noteworthy given Lady Leigh’s relationship with Ilja Dragunov, her boyfriend and fellow professional wrestler. Dragunov recently became a free agent following his WWE departure, leading to speculation that Tony Khan could potentially have interest in bringing the former NXT UK Champion to All Elite Wrestling.
