On last week’s episode of WWE SmackDown, Paige fired some solid shots at Nikki Bella. During a backstage segment, Paige referenced Bella’s past failed relationship with John Cena.
Speaking on “The Nikki & Brie Show,” Nikki claimed that her rivalry with Paige has now become personal and she’s loving it. The former WWE Divas Champion said,
“Well, and I know people can feel both ways and, like, believe me, I get it. But I think I’m all for, you know, what entertains a crowd, what helps make a crowd react.”
“And I’ve always loved bringing something personal into it, and it all got stirred up from what they were chanting in Canada. If they never chanting that, you know, none of the stuff in the promo would’ve ever happened.”
“So it’s just kind of fallen into place that way. Right. But I mean, the crowd just being there, ’cause you know, we shot that live, it was amazing to hear, like, the reactions and even, you know, the stuff I brought before.”
“And it is funny to see the reactions online, you know, very torn. Great. You know, it’s, oh, that’s, you know, me; I’ll always feel that way. And, you know, it’s gonna make it really fun for what we’re gonna do tomorrow night.”
WWE Hall Of Famer Doesn’t Fear Being Alone
In a different episode of her podcast, Nikki Bella opened up about her current relationship status. The WWE Hall of Famer said,
“I don’t fear being alone. Like I don’t have that fear. If I never find a relationship or a husband or a boyfriend or a partner ever again, like I am completely at peace with that. Don’t get me wrong. Like at times I would love to have attention from a man. You know what I mean?”
“Like a little butt grab or something cute. But it is crazy ’cause you get into this place where you’re just doing your life and you don’t think about it a lot. I know that day will come and then I will—it’ll be such a great time for me to get to hopefully, you know, find a relationship. Um, that would be great. ‘Cause I would love all those things, to have a glass of wine with someone, you know, in the evening and different things like that. For sure. Have great sex.”
“I get, I feel guilty of it at times because I think I’m here. I’m single, 42 and I focus on some things or I can tend to be insecure about some things because I am single at this age. And so when I think about dating or I put myself like, oh, but do I look good enough here? Will I be comfortable enough naked? Or what if he thinks of this or that?”
