As for roster speculation, Fightful Select is reporting that there have been no reports indicating that either Ilja Dragunov or Jordynne Grace are planning to leave WWE.
There has also been some clarification regarding lists circulating online that claim to identify wrestlers whose contracts expire in 2027. Fightful Select is reporting that at least six of the listed expiration dates are reportedly incorrect. The criticism is that some outlets are copying information directly from the original contract database without properly understanding the wording. In particular, the phrase “at least” indicates that a contract runs through that point or beyond — it does not mean that the contract definitively expires on that date.
Reports regarding WWE’s supposed plans for certain talents have also been disputed. Heel Yard has been accused of making guesses about who WWE views as future stars rather than reporting information based on legitimate backstage insight.
There is also reportedly no “backstage belief” that Brock Lesnar is returning at the Royal Rumble.
Sportskeeda has also continued to publish stories suggesting that there is a “major update” regarding Jon Moxley’s future. However, the supposed updates have amounted to little more than information about his latest scheduled match.
Finally, reports claiming that MJF was being pushed to be added to the AEW World Championship match at All In following Beach Break have been disputed. According to the report, MJF had already been planned for the Casino Gauntlet for quite some time, rather than being a late addition to the World Championship picture.
