Four-time NFL Superbowl Champion Rob Gronkowski has called out Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson for a match in WWE.
Gronkowski appeared for WWE at WrestleMania 33 in 2017, hosted the event three years later, and is a former 24/7 Champion.
Speaking to TMZ, Gronkowski discussed a possible return to WWE saying:
“It would be pretty cool to have The Rock come back, and face The Rock, or have him as my tag team partner.”
Gronkowski retired from the NFL in 2019 to pursue a career in wrestling but returned to the gridiron in 2020.
