WWE To Launch NXT Europe In 2023, Worlds Collide Event Confirmed

WWE announced today through FOX News that NXT UK will become NXT Europe in 2023. 

It was said NXT Europe will “reimagine the brand and talent pipeline” with a renewed focus on Europe. The NXT UK brand was launched in 2016. It will go on hiatus for a few months before the relaunch. 

WWE will hold the Worlds Collide premium live event featuring NXT and NXT UK superstars on September 4th at 4 p.m. ET on Peacock in the U.S. and the WWE Network internationally. 

Shawn Michaels told Fox News Digital that he was “pretty excited” about NXT Europe.

“Given the success of NXT UK, we felt like it was time to expand beyond that,” Michaels added. 

Tyler Bate, the NXT UK Champion, confronted NXT Champion Bron Breakker at NXT Heatwave on Tuesday night while Gallus ambushed Diamond Mine.
