Former NXT Tag Team Champion Wes Lee will be partnering with Nathan Frazer going forward.
Lee had been teaming with Nash Carter in MSK but their team was broken up following Carter’s controversial release earlier this year.
During a backstage promo on this week’s NXT 2.0, Nathan had a confrontation with Xyon Quinn, and Lee appeared to stand up for Frazer.
On the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan Alvarez and Dave Meltzer discussed the potential partnership:
“They’ll be a good team, yeah, if they put them together. And they may. And it actually makes sense to do so, because it would give Frazer a good shot. In that kind of a role, in a tag team, the size thing wouldn’t work much against them.”
