Money In The Bank took place last weekend at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Although WWE had to change venues, the company went ahead and kept the exact date for the anticipated event. Now, as the dust settles on Money In The Bank, it appears WWE may be touting its success.

According to Fightful Select, WWE sent out an internal document to executives touting the event’s success. The memo reportedly stated that this Saturday’s show was “the most-viewed” Money In The Bank PPV in history. It also reportedly drew the second-highest gate in history as well.

In terms of merchandise, sales for the show reportedly have increased by 95% from last year’s event. It should be noted that after WWE changed venues from Allegiant Stadium to the MGM Grand Garden, the event sold roughly 12,000 tickets.

Money In The Bank saw Liv Morgan and Theory capturing the coveted briefcases. Morgan went on to cash-in her briefcase on the same night to win the SmackDown Women’s Championship. Meanwhile, Theory has stated he plans on cashing-in at this month’s SummerSlam in Nashville, Tennessee.
