Welcome to another eWrestlingNews Question of the Day!

The card is set for WWE Stand & Deliver 2025, so let’s go ahead and toss out our predictions for this Saturday’s premium live event!

My question for you today is “Who do you think will win at NXT Stand and Deliver 2025?”

Remember to answer with your response in the comments below.

As far as my answers…

Fatal 4-Way Tag Team No. 1 Contenders’ Match: The Meta-Girls (Jakara Jackson & Lash Legend) vs. Cora Jade & Roxanne Perez vs. Gigi Dolin & Tatum Paxley vs. Fatal Influence (Fallon Henley & Jacy Jayne, with Jazmyn Nyx)

Ignoring all the messiness that comes with only some of the people who had chances to qualify for the ladder match getting a second opportunity to be on the card (like Legend, Perez, and Paxley) while others (like Wren Sinclair and Karmen Petrovic) did not…this is a more complicated match than it seems at face value.

The winners of this match in a way dictates what happens with the Women’s Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania, so you have to figure out who can fight who on Tuesday.

For example, if Fatal Influence were to win this, then I’d have to assume Lyra Valkyria and Bayley win the tag titles at Mania. The same for Perez and Jade. But if The Meta-Girls or Dolin and Paxley win, then I think there’s more of a chance Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez retain.

Overall, I was thinking Liv and Raquel were more likely going to win, so I’m going to stick with them for now and say Legend and Jackson win this, but I’m feeling less confident about that than any other match on this show.

Six-Man Tag Team Match: The Family (Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo, Luca Crusifino & Tony D’Angelo) vs. DarkState

DarkState has a fourth member that won’t be in this match, but will be ringside. Stacks and Tony D haven’t been on the same page. One group is new and establishing themselves as a force in NXT, while the other could very well break up soon and came out on top on NXT’s go-home show.

All signs point toward DarkState winning this, but it’s not for anything, so it really doesn’t matter.

Ladder Match for the Vacated NXT Women’s North American Championship: Izzi Dame vs. Kelani Jordan vs. Sol Ruca vs. Zaria vs. Thea Hail vs. Lola Vice

This should be a fun match and I’m really looking forward to seeing who shines.

Dame is who I’d rank last, and I actually structured the list above in order of who I think is least-to-most likely to win. Jordan already held the title. Ruca is now the women’s Speed champion so she won’t have another belt. Zaria could very well win it, but I’m just not thinking that’ll happen. Hail could come out on top, but I think her big moment was her return, not actually winning this. Vice was one of my suspects to be the next champion even when Stephanie Vaquer was still holding it, so I’m sticking to that prediction.

If I had it my way, Ruca would probably win, but there’s a difference between a prediction and a preference.

NXT North American Championship Match: Ricky Saints (c) vs. Ethan Page

This match, more than anything, I feel confident in predicting that Ricky Saints will just retain his title. He’s so new to the roster and just won this title. Having him drop it already to Page would be premature.

Page presents a solid challenger who puts the title in jeopardy, but also gives Saints someone worthwhile to beat. It means more for him to take down Page at this show than for him to have defended against someone like Eddy Thorpe or Lexis King. Both of them, as well as Wes Lee, could very well be the ones to dethrone Saints eventually, but I think going with Page is not only because of star power, but also because he’s someone for Saints to beat.

NXT Tag Team Championship Match: Fraxiom (c) vs. Hank Walker and Tank Ledger

Basically, this has two potential outcomes I can see happening: Fraxiom retains, and I’m left wondering why Hank and Tank were the challengers instead of something cooler like #DIY or The Hardy Boyz, or the titles change hands, and I’m left wondering why Hank and Tank are going to lead the division and how quickly they’re going to drop the titles—if that’ll happen before or after Axiom and Nathan Frazer get called up to the main roster. Or, if Fraxiom splits, which I think would be a shame, as I don’t think either guy is going to have a successful singles run on the main roster by any means.

I’m leaning much more toward Fraxiom retaining and it being a story where Hank and Tank are proud of themselves for putting on a good performance.

Fatal 4-Way Match for the NXT Women’s Championship: Stephanie Vaquer (c) vs. Giulia vs. Jaida Parker vs. Jordynne Grace

I still want to know why WWE felt the need to take the title off Giulia, put it on Vaquer, have her drop one of them, and then, do a 4-Way here. It has to be that they thought Giulia was going to be out of the country or injured or whatever, and that once they realized she was cleared, reinserted her back into the picture.

Jaida Parker isn’t winning this. Not a chance. Since Giulia was re-added, I don’t think Grace has much of a chance, either. She’ll win it in a singles match down the line. This is either Vaquer pinning Parker to get her out of the scene, or, what I think is more likely, is Giulia winning the title by pinning Parker. That way, Giulia wins it back in a reset, Vaquer looks strong by not being pinned (and can have another match with Giulia, milking that for longer) and Giulia could possibly be turning heel. Then, Grace beats Giulia for the title later in the year.

Triple Threat for the NXT Championship: Oba Femi (c) vs. Je’Von Evans vs. Trick Williams

I’m sticking to my guns here and saying what I’ve been saying for a few weeks. It’s going to be revealed that Trick Williams is leading DarkState. The six-man tag and all were just red herrings. Those four are going to attack and just target Femi and Evans, leaving Williams taking advantage. That’s how Femi will drop the title without looking weak, Trick will have his heel turn like Carmelo Hayes did, and it just wouldn’t make sense for DarkState to have been involved in this stuff as much if they had no part in it. Maybe I’m dead wrong, but that’s what my gut says.
