Following this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite going off the air, Keith Lee cut an emotional promo for the live crowd where he talked about how it’s been a difficult week for him.

All Elite Wrestling posted a video from the segment, showing Swerve Strickland and Keith Lee celebrating their AEW World Tag Team Championship win.

Lee would go on to reveal that his best friend Lascelles King has been diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. He dedicated his big win to him.

We wish Lascelles King all the best in continuing his fight against cancer and continue to keep Keith Lee in our thoughts and prayers.
