UNMASKED PHOTO – Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee At The Gym

Rey Mysterio has built his legendary career around one of the most iconic masks in professional wrestling, making rare glimpses of the WWE Hall of Famer without it a notable sight for fans.

Dragon Lee gave fans exactly that this week.

The WWE Superstar shared a 10-photo carousel on Instagram with the caption, “Just Fire 🔥,” documenting various moments from his recent travels and time spent with fellow wrestlers. The photos featured Lee wearing different masks, attending a UFC event and hanging out with other members of the lucha libre community.

The final photo, however, quickly became the standout of the post.

Lee was photographed inside a gym alongside a completely unmasked Mysterio. The WWE legend, 51, was wearing glasses and a Mysterio t-shirt as he stood next to his longtime protégé.

The post had surpassed 11,000 likes as of Thursday evening, with CM Punk among those who had liked the carousel.

While seeing Mysterio without his mask remains relatively uncommon, it isn’t completely unheard of. Earlier this year, Mysterio shared a photo from a trip to Saudi Arabia featuring himself, PENTA and Dragon Lee without their masks, although the three wrestlers partially covered their faces.
