Tony Khan is thrilled to see Kenny Omega back in a wrestling ring following the Cleaner’s victory at Wrestle Dynasty inside the Tokyo Dome.
During the first-of-its-kind show, Omega defeated Gabe Kidd in the AEW star’s first match since December 2023.
On Twitter, Khan officially welcomed Omega back and thanked fans for watching Wrestle Dynasty.

Omega had been out of action due to a battle with diverticulitis, for which the former AEW World Champion underwent surgery last year.
Kenny Omega appeared at last month’s AEW Worlds End pay-per-view and will appear during the next episode of AEW Dynamite on January 8.
