Tony Khan: AEW “Crew” Is The Most Stable It’s Been All Year

Tony Khan has praised AEW’s roster, calling the group of talent the most stable it has been all year.

In recent weeks, there have been reports of talent being unhappy in the company, and speculation of wrestlers wanting their release.

Speaking on the My Mom’s Basement podcast, Khan downplayed the idea of an unhappy roster.

“We have a great crew, we have great champions, great contenders up and down the card, and now great stories coming into place because this has been the most stable TV crew we’ve had, I would say the last five, six weeks, all year.”

AEW has faced several injuries this year, with CM Punk and Adam Cole both out.

Punk is also serving a suspension, alongside Kenny Omega with the Young Bucks, for participating in the fight after All Out.

There is a belief that Punk could be fired, as reports indicate that he instigated the fight.
