Grayson Waller had some scathing comments during his surprise appearance on WWE NXT, including disparaging remarks about TNA Wrestling.
Addressing Cruz Montana, a two-time former TNA World Champion, Waller was far from impressed by Montana’s past accomplishments. He said,
“It ain’t 2005, lad. Being the top guy in TNA is like being the best basketball player at the local YMCA. I’m not impressed.”
This comment has earned some fiery responses by those in TNA. On Twitter, Moose said that, should Waller be released from WWE, he’ll be begging for a job with TNA.
Brian Myers, who has also been with TNA for years, would have taken Waller’s comments more seriously had he not returned to WWE’s developmental brand.
