The Undertaker Says Former Women’s & Divas Champion Should Be Inducted Into Hall Of Fame

The Undertaker has said that former WWE Women’s and Divas Champion Michelle McCool should be inducted into the Hall of Fame.

On April 1, the Phenom will headline this year’s class of inductees which includes Big Van Vader and Queen Sharmell Huffman.

Speaking to Dallas Morning News, The Undertaker praised McCool, who he married in 2010, saying:

“There’s several. Off the top of my head, and this is going to sound really super political, but I believe my wife [Michelle McCool] should be in. She was one working in an era where women didn’t get nearly the opportunities that they do now, and she fought so hard for the women to kind of get more of a spotlight put on them. She was actually reprimanded once for having too good of a match with Melina. That’s a true story.

“But for her work ethic and what she did in the time period where they weren’t giving a lot of opportunity, I think she deserves a nod. And, my goodness, there’s a laundry list of male talent that I can runoff.”

McCool made her main-roster debut in 2005 and held both the Women’s and Divas Championships twice until her May 2011 retirement.

She has since made sporadic appearances including as part of the Women’s Rumble Match at the 2022 Royal Rumble.
