The Latest On The Hurt Business’ Potential Revival In AEW

The Hurt Business, consisting of Bobby Lashley, MVP, Cedric Alexander, and Shelton Benjamin, had a decent run during WWE’s Thunderdome Era.

The group parted ways in 2021, much to the disappointment of many fans. However, there are now speculations about the faction’s potential revival in AEW.

As we previously reported here on eWn, Lashley and MVP are no longer contracted to WWE and are free to pursue their endeavors.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there is the belief that Lashley, MVP, and Benjamin could reintroduce their Hurt Business persona as “The Hurt Syndicate” in AEW.

The trio is free to appear, and the decision ultimately rests with AEW President Tony Khan.

The report states, ”A lot of people think Bobby Lashley, MVP and Shelton Benjamin, reviving their Hurt Business gimmick as The Hurt Syndicate will end up in AEW. They are all free to appear and it comes out down to Tony Khan.”

Only time will tell what will become of The Hurt Business should they debut in AEW.
