Vince McMahon’s days with WWE may be a thing of the past, but the former Chairman of the Board will always have the support of Teddy Long.
McMahon stepped down from WWE for the second time in January 2024 following allegations of misconduct against Janel Grant and others.
On a recent edition of the “Wrestling Time Machine” podcast, Long explained why he continues to support McMahon. He said,
“I am gonna stand by [him.] If it hadn’t been for Vince McMahon I wouldn’t be where I am today.”
It has been reported that McMahon has plans to form a film/TV production company once the legal matter with Grant is finished.
Some believe McMahon has plans to open a new wrestling promotion, given that the ex-WWE CEO has reportedly spoken with camera operators with experience filming wrestling.
