Stephanie Vaquer Talks Becoming A Double Champion, Chelsea Green Seeks Nikki Bella Match

During a recent appearance on the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, WWE NXT Women’s North American Champion Stephanie Vaquer discussed the significance of potentially holding both the NXT Women’s Championship and the North American Championship simultaneously.

Vaquer faces Giulia in a Winner Takes All title match later tonight at NXT Roadblock 2025.

She said, “Maybe it’s weird, but for me, it’s different. I [don’t] think in championships and titles, where [it’s] more bigger or no. I just want to be the best. If [to] be the best, title, more title, more big title, it’s okay. But I want to be the best. For me, my focus, yeah, title means really big thing for me. But it’s not in my focus. My focus is being the best. I know that Giulia’s title is so important. My title, too. But I try to focus on match [with] Giulia and win. Not just about the title. It’s about who it’s the best.”

During a recent interview with “Metro UK,” WWE Women’s United States Champion Chelsea Green talked about a possible match with WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella (Nikki Garcia).

On Nikki Bella: “I’ve shared some words with Nikki Bella. I feel like… look. We’ve had a friendship for years, now maybe it is time to step in the ring and square off, face off. I don’t know! Vegas and WrestleMania in Las Vegas is just so special because I think anything could happen. We really don’t know right now, we’re on the Road to WrestleMania. We don’t know where this is going to go, what storylines are going to be put into place. I feel like the people want it. So, should we give them what they want?”

On now Nikki Bella was a trailblazer for the division: “She looks amazing. She’s been such a pivotal woman in this women’s evolution, and the Give Divas a Chance movement. She was kind of a trailblazer! So I just think having her back is, really, a gain all around for the women’s division. I mean, can you imagine if on April 19 or 20th, we saw Nikki Bella in Las Vegas, on the grandest stage of them all? I would be watching as a fan, whether I was in the ring with her or not.”
