Should Roxanne Perez Be Called Up To RAW Today? | Question Of The Day

Welcome to another eWrestlingNews Question of the Day!

On the last episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Axiom and Nathan Frazer were randomly called up to the main roster out of the blue. They had dropped their NXT Tag Team Championship titles at WWE Stand & Deliver, which meant they really didn’t have any further obligation to NXT and could move up without causing any problems.

Tonight, it’s advertised that Roxanne Perez will be facing Rhea Ripley. After making several appearances on the main roster on The Road to WrestleMania 41, it’s well within reason to assume it may also be announced that she is now part of the Raw brand in another impromptu trade, but it isn’t necessarily a guarantee, either.

My question for you today is “Do you think WWE should just cut to the chase and officially trade Roxanne Perez, or should that happen at another time?”

Remember to answer with your response in the comments below.

As far as my answer…

I’m on board with just moving her immediately. They still haven’t announced when the 2025 WWE Draft will take place, and I’m assuming that’s because it will be after Backlash. In the next few weeks, there isn’t much that Perez can do on NXT other than continue to complain and then fail to win any titles. It doesn’t serve her much purpose, so I’d rather her just move on and start working on something else now, rather than to wait.

After all, if Raw isn’t where they want her to be, then she can just move over to SmackDown in the draft when it happens, right?

Perez has proven herself. She’s capable of being up in the big leagues. If she’s facing Ripley, then they clearly want to utilize her, and I just don’t see what good it would do to have her pull double duty just to hang around in NXT any longer. That’s especially true given how they didn’t even bother to address Perez walking out on Cora Jade. If that story is dead in the water, having Perez around in NXT makes it even more awkward for Jade, who seems like a fool for not doing anything about it and getting some revenge on her former partner.
