WWE has yet to reveal how fans will be able to watch this month’s WWE x AAA: Worlds Collide event, and a new report from Fightful Select indicates that the lack of broadcast information may be intentional.
WWE sources stated that there is currently a possibility that Worlds Collide 2026 will not be broadcast live. However, those plans remain subject to change before the event takes place.
As of Tuesday, September 15, the show was reportedly being viewed internally as a “live event.” One WWE source also stated that if Worlds Collide is ultimately made available for viewing, YouTube or Club WWE would be the most likely destinations.
Despite the uncertainty surrounding the broadcast, WWE has already advertised several notable names for the event. The Allstate Arena is promoting a six-man tag team match pitting CM Punk, Rey Mysterio, and El Grande Americano against Omos, JD McDonagh, and Dominik Mysterio.
PENTA and Rey Fenix are also being advertised for a match against Perros del Mal.
WWE x AAA: Worlds Collide has performed strongly in terms of ticket sales so far. WWE was contacted for comment regarding the event’s broadcast plans but did not provide a response.
The event is being held in the Chicago area on the same night as AEW All Out 2026. WWE scheduled Worlds Collide for that weekend as part of its counter-programming plans surrounding AEW’s pay-per-view event.
WWE x AAA: Worlds Collide is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, at the Allstate Arena. The event will feature talent from both WWE and AAA.
