WWE officials loved the crowd reaction for Jey Uso at last weekend’s WWE Backlash: France pay-per-view event, and the company is reportedly seeking to replicate the reaction for future TV tapings and live events.
According to a report from Fightful Select, the audience’s reaction to Uso’s match with Damian Priest is something WWE plans to take production steps to mimic.
WWE officials are planning to continue to encourage fans to use their phone flashlights during Uso’s “Yeet!” entrance. The idea is to heavily push this to fans and the company will be dimming the lighting during his entrance.
It was added that several other examples of Uso’s theme song being played in mainstream locations will be showcased on TV.
Finally, Jey Uso took to Twitter on Sunday to comment on the new fan participation element of his entrance. He wrote,
