Report – Top AEW Star Injured Days Before All In 2026

Willow Nightingale is heading into AEW All In 2026 with a legitimate injury hanging over her Women’s World Championship defense against Mercedes Moné.

What initially appeared to be nothing more than another storyline development on AEW Dynamite turned out to involve a real injury. During this week’s episode in Glasgow, Moné ambushed Nightingale backstage and immediately targeted her hand, leaving the champion visibly hurting.

The attack seemed designed to build additional heat for their upcoming showdown at Wembley Stadium. However, Bryan Alvarez later reported that Nightingale’s hand injury is legitimate, although she is still expected to compete at the pay-per-view. He wrote,

“Willow’s hand injury is said to be legitimate, but she is expected to be able to work the show this weekend.”

As things currently stand, Nightingale is expected to defend the AEW Women’s World Championship against Moné at All In 2026. Barring a late change, the injury will not prevent the match from taking place.
