More has come to light about Jade Cargill as one-half of the reigning WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions remains out of action.

There have been conflicting reports about Cargill’s situation, with some saying she is genuinely injured while others have called it a storyline.

In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it is reported that a high-up source in WWE has made it clear that Jade is “absolutely injured.”

The source added that she has been seeing WWE’s doctors and “other medical professionals” to address her situation.

Cargill was written off of TV with an attack in the parking lot. She was replaced in the Women’s U.S. Title Tournament by Lash Legend.

WWE has yet to address the fate of the Women’s Tag Team Titles. Cargill and Bianca Belair have held the titles since Bash In Berlin in August.
