Chris Jericho’s run with Ring of Honor (ROH) is expected to be mostly over, according to a new report.
Following his loss of the ROH World Championship to Bandido at AEW Dynasty 2025, Jericho lashed out at his Learning Tree stablemates on AEW Dynamite and hinted at stepping away for a while. Fightful Select is reporting that this aligns with AEW’s plan for Jericho to finish up with ROH.
Bandido had been earmarked to become ROH World Champion for a while, but his rise was delayed due to injuries, including one suffered at Final Battle. Despite setbacks, AEW and ROH remained committed to making him the face of the brand.
Jericho is scheduled to go on tour with his band Fozzy, though only one date conflicts with AEW programming, meaning he remains available for appearances if needed.
