Report – Becky Lynch’s WWE Return Linked To Apparel Partnership

Becky Lynch could be returning to WWE sooner than expected.

Lynch’s contract with WWE officially expired on June 1, and although she opted not to renew it right away, her name has continued to appear on WWE’s weekly talent roster, generating a lot of excitement.

On the latest edition of WrestleVotes Radio, Joey Votes reported that WWE has been negotiating with major athletic apparel brands to broaden their merchandise offerings, and Lynch’s name has surfaced in these talks.

The list of names cleared for potential use includes icons like “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, Bianca Belair, and Becky Lynch.

Joey said, “These companies are worldwide and worth in the billions of dollars. So, this is something that WWE is very interested in. Whether she signed or not, it seems that WWE still holds the rights to Becky Lynch, which is a good sign for her returning at some point.”

Co-host TC chimed in, “I really feel that Becky Lynch is in the fold, and she is on her way back. I think sooner rather than later, I don’t think you’re going to have to wait, definitely before WrestleMania. I would say maybe at the Royal Rumble, maybe even before then,”

TC highlighted that Lynch remains one of the most influential figures in WWE’s women’s division, making her a valuable asset as the company prepares for major events like the Royal Rumble 2025 and WrestleMania 41.

A particularly striking point is that the apparel retailer discussed is a key player in women’s fashion, underscoring Lynch’s significance in these conversations.

TC concluded, “It’s a big thing for me that they included Becky Lynch here, and it just tells me that she is signed. She is moving forward with WWE, and I think we’re gonna see her back in the ring sooner rather than later.”

Now that WWE plans to collaborate with leading athletic apparel companies and spotlight The Man, the circumstances could lead to Becky’s highly-anticipated return to the ring.
