Becky Lynch will become a free agent tomorrow when her WWE contract expires.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that there has been speculation surrounding Lynch’s WWE contract. It is unlikely that she will be leaving for another promotion.
Dave Meltzer reported that Lynch plans to take an extended period of time off, described as a “very extended absence” rather than a retirement.
It was also mentioned that Lynch’s hiatus had likely been planned for after WrestleMania 40, but due to Rhea Ripley’s injury, The Man engaged in a short title feud with Liv Morgan to build her up.
