Steve Blackman resurfaced on Sunday night at MCW’s ‘Spring Fever’ show in Millersville, Maryland.
As many of you know, the former WWE Hardcore Champion doesn’t make many public appearances these days.
Following the show, Matt Hardy and Rikishi took to social media to post photos of themselves with Blackman.
Hardy wrote,
