At OTT Aftermath in Belfast on Sunday, it was revealed that B Cool is dealing with an injury and as a result has had to vacate the gold.
A triple-threat match saw Trent Seven, Man Like DeReiss, and Big Damo compete. Damo would win the title to kick off his first reign as OTT World Champion.
Damo hopes to defend the OTT World Title at the tenth-anniversary event this October, which will involve WWE’s Finn Balor & JD McDonagh.
