Ric Flair previously stated that he wouldn’t be able to attend WWE WrestleMania 41 as he is under contract with AEW.

However, this may not be true.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Flair’s contract was primarily part of a sponsorship arrangement for his Whooo! Energy drink.

Flair signed a two-year deal in late 2023. The contract is said to be “not very restrictive,” meaning that if he wished to collaborate with his daughter Charlotte Flair in WWE, he could do so.

AEW has not utilized Flair since Revolution 2024, and it seems unlikely they will in the near future. Currently, there are no plans for Flair to appear on AEW TV.
