The DUI case involving Nick Hogan, the son of WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan, is progressing following his arrest for a DUI in Clearwater, Florida.
Hogan was pulled over by law enforcement officers last year on suspicion of driving under the influence after attending a bikini contest at his father’s restaurant. He refused to undergo sobriety tests. Hogan now faces misdemeanor DUI charges and has pleaded not guilty.
Pwinsider is reporting that Hogan is scheduled to appear for a pre-trial hearing on June 21 at the Pinellas County Court.
Although Hogan appeared in court last week to modify his plea, the court documents do not indicate any changes.
