‘Moves Aren’t Worth The Risk’ Named By Ex-WWE Star

There are many moves in WWE, AEW, TNA, AAA, etc. that look cool but are dangerous. While professional wrestling is scripted, the bumps wrestlers take are real and sometimes can be deadly. Recently, ex-WWE star Zoey Stark revealed the two moves she believes are not worth the risk. On X, she said,

“There’s two that come to mind. First one, Alabama Slam. I hate it. I feel like it’s a dangerous move because you can’t control your momentum. You’re putting your 100% complete trust in the other person, and hopefully the other person knows their strength well enough to know how fast to bring you down. That is one that I’ve gotten injured on as far as getting a concussion. That’s why I personally don’t like taking them.”

“The other one would be a piledriver. I feel like they are really unsafe. If you are just slight, just inches off, inches, that could be the end of your career right there. I mean, I hate to say it. Look at Stone Cold Steve Austin. We all know the story. Risk versus reward. You gotta, like, always take that into account. Those moves aren’t worth the risk to me personally.”

The Ex-WWE Star’s Biggest Payday Was From Saudi

In another video on Xz​, she revealed where her biggest payday came from. She said,

“I’ve wrestled for a long time, guys. 14 years this year. Started off in the indies, and I got signed to WWE, back on the indies while I am signed at TNA. The least I have ever got paid—zero. Was paid absolutely nothing. In fact, I got a handshake and a hot dog. A lot of the times they didn’t give me the hot dog, just a handshake.”

“The most I have ever made, it was in Saudi Arabia. Shocker, I know, right? Saudi Arabia. It was me, Shayna, Rhea, Raquel, Fatal 4-Way in Saudi Arabia [Crown Jewel 2023]. And guys, that was hands down the most money I have ever made. I don’t even know if I’ll ever make that much again. It was like insane, insane amount.”
