A new match has been added to the card for the WWE Royal Rumble 2025 event coming up on February 1st as the WWE Tag Team Championship will be on the line with #DIY against Motor City Machine Guns in a 2-out-of-3 Falls match.

Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin won the right to challenge Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciamp in an attempt to regain the titles #DIY had won from them by winning a series of matches against the rest of the tag team division as of late.
That puts the current lineup for the WWE Royal Rumble card at:
- 2-out-of-3 Falls Match for the WWE Tag Team Championship: #DIY (c) vs. Motor City Machine Guns
- Ladder Match for the WWE Championship: Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Kevin Owens
- Women’s Royal Rumble Match
- Men’s Royal Rumble Match
