Mick Foley is calling on Americans to “do the right thing” when they head to the polls, using his latest trip to the gas station to highlight his frustration over the cost of living.

The WWE Hall of Famer took to social media after filling up his vehicle and revealed that he had spent more than $75 on gasoline. Foley used the experience to make a broader point about the economic issues facing Americans and urged voters to keep those concerns in mind when election season arrives.

Foley’s comments come as gas prices and the overall cost of groceries, energy, mortgages, rent, etc. continue to skyrocket while Trump screams to anyone who will listen (and still believes him at this point) that America is “greater than ever” with the “prices of everything coming down.” While the exact opposite is happening, rather than simply complaining about the amount he had to spend at the pump, Foley encouraged Americans to consider what they believe is best for the country when it is time to cast their ballots.

“Please do the right thing on election day,” Foley urged, while pointing out that he had just spent more than $75 on gas.
