Mercedes Moné recently marked 16 years since her pro wrestling debut, but The CEO isn’t even halfway through her career inside the ring.
On social media, Moné promoted the latest Mone Mag newsletter, which highlighted that it has been 16 years since her first professional wrestling match.
The graphic for the newsletter included the phrase “16 Down, 20 to Go”, suggesting that Mone plans to wrestle for another 20 years, until 2046.
Moné hopes to add another major accolade to her career next weekend, when she challenges AEW Women’s World Champion Willow Nightingale at All In: London.
Moné is a former AEW TBS Champion, having held the title longer than anybody, but has so far come up short in her attempts to win the top prize for women in AEW.
