AEW star Matt Hardy has said that Triple H’s position of power within WWE will ultimately benefit Tony Khan’s promotion.
Triple H was appointed Head of Creative and Head of Talent Relations last month, in a serious shake-up following the retirement of Vince McMahon.
While speaking on an episode of The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy podcast, Matt explained why AEW will improve now out of necessity.
“It’s very refreshing, their product [WWE] recently. And I just think at the end of the day, it is very good for the industry.
“It helps make their show better, and it helps make WWE and AEW more competitive.”
This isn’t the first time Hardy has heaped praise on Triple H, who he called a ‘game changer’ earlier this month.
