Mandy Rose Retains WWE NXT 2.0 Women’s World Championship Against Dakota Kai

During this week’s episode of NXT, Mandy Rose would successfully defend her WWE NXT 2.0 Women’s Championship against Dakota Kai. Rose’s win would come directly as a result of interference from Jacy Jayne and Gigi Dolin.

Despite Dakota Kai getting in plenty of offense, Rose’s Toxic Attraction teammates would be an ever-present thorn in Kai’s side. As the match began to reach its conclusion, Kai would secure a 2-count through a quick roll up only for Rose to kick out.

Looking to keep up her momentum, Dakota Kai had her eyes set on securing the win. However, Gigi Dolin distracted the referee as Jacy Jayne attempted to hand Mandy Rose the Women’s Championship belt. Kai would stop Rose from receiving the belt off Jayne, but the distraction allowed Rose to hit her with a jumping knee for the 1-2-3.

Following the conclusion of the match, Wendy Choo would use a water gun to soak all three members of Toxic Attraction.
