Logan Paul’s PRIME energy drink brand is facing yet another lawsuit with a supplier seeking $67.7 million in damages from the WWE Superstar and KSI.

Bloomberg is reporting that Refresco, which supplies PRIME energy drink, is suing for at least $67.7 million and is alleging PRIME broke a contract in 2023.

This contract required PRIME to order at least 18.5 million cases of the drink each year for three years, totaling 55.5 million cases, according to the lawsuit.

It’s claimed that PRIME didn’t meet its order requirement in its first year and that Refresco set up a special production line for PRIME that involved heavy costs.

The complaint also notes that the contract was based on high demand for PRIME but sales dropped well below expectations by 2024.

This underperformance is chalked up to seasonal changes and fading social media hype for the beverage which continues to be promoted at WWE events.

PRIME is also facing legal action by the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee who allege that the company is trying to pass off that they are sponsored by Team USA.

Paul faced backlash recently for false claims against Algerian boxer Imane Khelif and his “oopsies” response was seen by many as a non-apology.
