Logan Paul Was “So Sad” After “Grotesque Error” Caused Fall Out With The Rock

WWE Superstar Logan Paul has said that The Rock cutting ties with him was one of the most heartbreaking moments of his entire life.

In 2017, Paul earned global scorn over a video he uploaded in which he walked in the infamous Aokigahara forest in Japan, known as a place where people take their own life.

Paul’s video featured the dead body of a man who had ended their life in the forest, and was the video was later taken down by YouTube.

Speaking to True Geordie, Paul explained how he had worked with The Rock before the infamous video, but that the Brahma Bull cut ties with him shortly after.

“I got a call from my publicist who also repped and she’s like, ‘Hey, Dwayne’s asked that you remove every picture and video that you’ve done with him and maybe in the future the relationship can be reconciled but for now he basically wants nothing to do with you.”

Paul called what happened the saddest point of his life, but that he understood why The Rock cut ties with him.

“I made a grotesque error and he has had things happen in his life where like a lot of people that incident affected him in a personal way.

“I just wish I’d gotten like a call or a text or something because I thought we had a healthy relationship, an open line of communication. And I was so sad that my hero wanted nothing to do with me.”

Paul signed with WWE earlier this year and will challenge Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns at this Saturday’s Crown Jewel.
